Purpose: Review and Public Comment on Parks and Recreation Plan

The Village of Byron has prepared a draft Parks and Recreation Plan, which is available for public review. The draft
Plan is available for inspection at the Village of Byron Municipal Building during regular hours and is posted on the
Village website byronmi.org.  The general public may submit comments on the plan by sending an email to [email protected] or providing a written response to the Village of Byron Clerk, 146 S. Saginaw Street Byron,
MI 48418 by January 28, 2024. 

This notice is posted in compliance with the Open Meetings Act, Public Act 267 of 1976, as amended, (MCL 41.72a (2)(3)) and the Americans with Disabilities Act.

The Village of Byron will provide necessary reasonable auxiliary aids and services, such as signers for the hearing impaired and audio recordings of printed materials being considered at the meeting, to individuals with disabilities at the meeting or public hearing upon 7-day notice to the Village of Byron.
